		<description>Sigh, you got my tastebuds dancing. I got a culled laying hen from my CSA in December, she obviously was for the stew pot but mm, so good. I&#039;ve never heard of hoisin sauce, will have to check it out. For the oil, I&#039;ve got olive oil and coconut oil; coconut oil isn&#039;t tasteless but I wonder if it would provide a nice, mild underflavor. Looking forward to May, when I can get another chicken.</description>
