I gave you three good ideas here! I almost included a goat cheese icing, as I've had tasty ones. I also know goat cheese can be marvelous rolled into chocolate truffles. Love to hear of your goat cheese desserts. If you send me a few recipes, if one seems right for the blog, may taste one and post it with full attribution, of course. I notice the chevre in your address. Need a recipe developer? Thanks for commenting!

I really love goat cheese desserts, their are awesome. If I have guests, I just make goat cheese deserts and they love it. Are there any other good uses for goat cheese?
