Completed Simple and Seasonal for Food Service, an adaptation of my book, The Massachusetts Farm to School Cookbook, for the state of Missouri. Both books train school food service professionals to use local farm fresh foods. (In the MA book there is an addendum for educators too.) The Massachusetts Farm to School Cookbook, was distributed to every district in the state and is available free on this site. (Scroll down the right side of the link for the PDF.)

October 1-2, I’m producing the spectacular Berkshire Harvest Festival at the Berkshire Botanical Garden in Stockbridge, MA. In its 77th year, this fun festival is one of a kind, celebrating the season, community and more with a farmers market, artisan food producers, lots of activities for kids, 70 regional crafters, live music, a silent auction, educational workshops, giant tags sales, etc. — all on 15 acres of the gorgeous Botanical Gardens.
